15–20 Minute Introductory Call

We establish what the valuation needs to do and how your business operates — the commercial picture behind the accounts. On this call we confirm the fixed fee, agree scope, and sign a Mutual NDA. You then send the documents we need: accounts, management numbers, and a brief commercial overview.

The clock starts the moment payment is received and all required documents are in. The document list is short, specific, and confirmed on the call — you send what you already have.

Outcome: Three deliverables in your inbox on Day 2

We normalise your maintainable earnings, apply the appropriate valuation methodologies, and make every assumption explicit. On Day 2 you receive the Independent Valuation Memorandum, the written report, and the locked Excel model. We follow with a one-to-one call to walk you through the findings, the sensitivities, and what the number means for the decision you're making.

The walkthrough call is included in every engagement. No additional charge. The model supports every figure in the memorandum and stands on its own as a working analytical tool.
