Governing Law
This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Payment terms for Debtors: All debtors shall have 45 days credit from the date of the invoice. Payment shall be made in full within the 45-day period, failing which a penalty of 2% per month may be charged on the outstanding amount until payment is made in full.
- Payment terms for Creditors: All creditors shall have 60 days credit from the last day of the month in which the invoice was received. Payment shall be made in full at the end of the month the 60-day period expires.
- Application of Payment Terms for Creditors: The payment terms for creditors shall apply to all invoices or demands for payment received by Achieve Corporation Ltd, regardless of the amount of the invoice or the nature of the goods, services provided, or amounts claimed.
- Disputes and Delays: If a dispute arises with respect to an invoice or payment, the payment terms shall be suspended until such dispute is resolved. If payment is delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the company, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events, the payment terms may be extended by mutual agreement between the parties.
- Governing Law: These payment terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these payment terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
By doing business with our company, or in submitting any invoices and demands for payment of any nature, all parties agree to and accept these payment terms and conditions.
Changes to This Agreement
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
