Salary – Basic of £150,000 P.A plus open ended bonus scheme
Achieve Corporation is a newly formed company that is fast earning a reputation as a market leader in the Business Sales, Acquisitions and Business Investment sector.
As part of our next stage of growth for Achieve Corporation we are currently looking to add to our already highly qualified team.
Achieve Corporation are looking for experienced, quantitatively strong individuals to be responsible for managing financial modelling, document preparation, and transaction management involved in executing on M&A transaction advisory engagements.
Based out of our Head Office in London your responsibilities include, drafting marketing documents (information memorandum, teaser, management presentation, etc.), financial modelling and presentation development. Presenting creative solutions to Clients on financial strategies and exit strategies will be a major part of your role.
You should have excellent communications skills and be comfortable in presenting and working with Clients across all industries and levels.
To be considered for this exciting role with Achieve Corporation you should have the following preferred skills and experience
Candidates should have 5+ years of M&A related experience working within any related financial services sector.
MBA preferred but no essential
Excellent business-to-business sales skills
